With over 30 years of experience in youth development, Michael has dedicated his career to creating programs that help kids grow into confident, capable, and compassionate individuals.
Throughout his career, Michael has managed a variety of youth programs, from small city camps to large outdoor day camps and overnight camps. He has also contributed to the national redesign of YMCA Day Camps, ensuring programs across the country deliver meaningful experiences for kids and families.
In addition to managing programs, Michael has been actively involved in training staff and ensuring safe, inclusive spaces for children. As an accreditation visitor and standards instructor for the American Camp Association, Michael worked with organizations to maintain the highest standards in youth programming.
