Alyzza C. Ozer, CEO

Our responsibility is to ensure that we’re producing that product which is successful, happy, healthy, productive, caring kids for generations to come. The profitability component to make sure that it takes place certainly requires significant financial investment in the kids and programming and staffing and technology, reinvesting in your programming, reinvesting in your partnership, leveraging with community partners just as any business would.

Alyzza C. Ozer, CEO is a charismatic, collaborative strategic leader who enjoyed a career in commercial real estate law for over 25 years, her last position was Managing Director at JLL. In 2007 she merged her love and passion for philanthropy with keen business acumen securing positions as Sr. Regional VP for ACS, Director of Development for UWWP and as CEO of BGCNW for the last 6 years.

During her tenure, the Club has secured a 32% increase in revenue, a facility infrastructure overhaul, a 20% increase in youth served and an expansion of essential programming including: The Third Meal, Technology and College Prep, the Club Youth of the Year winner as the 2019. NYS Youth of the Year and has increased community impact by over 70%. Alyzza serves on BGCNYS and BGCA Advocacy Committees, she is on the Board of Directors of the Northern Westchester President’s Council and SUNY Purchase College Council.

A Westchester resident for 35 years, Alyzza earned a JD with a concentration in real estate tax/finance from The University of Miami, a BA in Philosophy from Goucher College and a fellowship in Urban Planning at Johns Hopkins University.
